The Director of Sales is a dynamic, multi-faceted management role responsible for both the growth of IT Services as well as brand management.
- The Director of Sales will lead a team of business development executives and expand existing client relationships within their Fortune 500 clients.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales regarding strategy, client segmentation, sale’s organizational structure and marketing initiatives.
- Must have experience in both systems integration technology industry and managed services.
- Possess an ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Be responsible for annual business strategy, departmental goals and metrics, business objectives, and financial performance targets.
- Minimum 10 years relevant business experience with 10+ years of sales management experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or CRM Dynamics)
- Energetic, persuasive and established ability to build relationships and sell
- Familiar with Power BI or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent related experience
- 100% remote with at least 50% travel to support clients and the sales team.
