What you bring to the table

We are very excited to find a great Client Director for Fiber Design Services role to help us grow our customer base. How? By leveraging our innovative approach to design and your experience with fiber network deployments. Our industry is experiencing tremendous growth and we are investing heavily in the areas of sales and marketing to reach more of the potential market and expand our value proposition into new business areas.

What success looks like

The ideal fit for this position is someone who has hands-on experience with fiber deployments via service providers as well as engineering and construction firms. You know from experience where the pain points are – and you’re excited to solve those problems with Biarri’s capabilities. If you are looking for an opportunity to have ownership of your business to make a meaningful impact towards closing the digital divide, this is the right role for you!

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working with companies involved in fiber network planning and deployment. Direct experience in FTTx (fiber to the ‘x’) rollouts preferred.
  • Track record of successful commercial engagement with several service providers and / or engineering firms. You like sitting across the table from your customers. They should look forward to seeing you too.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate. Our customers expect us to be able to work with a variety of their stakeholders. We relish the opportunity to lead whenever our customers and partners let us offer that value.
  • It is critical to have strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and build successful relationships both internally and with customers alike.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills and industry knowledge. You should be intrigued by our world-class technology. We’ll make you an expert in it.
  • We would love to hear from you about your strengths and skills in establishing value with some of your past customers, and how you overcame any objections they may have had.
