About Caliper Holdings
Caliper Holdings was founded in 2014 on the belief that cannabinoids represent a major new category in functional ingredients. Our consumer THC division, Ripple, produces and sells Ripple QuickDissolves, QuickSticks, and QuickGummies in Colorado cannabis dispensaries. Our ingredients division, Caliper Ingredients, produces standardized, soluble cannabinoid ingredients for CPG companies that care about compliance.

- Manage a diverse and changing workload of projects and tasks, keep ahead of pending activities, address obstacles, escalate around risks, and reassess competing priorities.
- Help to instill a culture of adherence to process in all cross-functional efforts
- Identify and close any communication gaps, create and clear downstream and upstream communication channels.
- Act as a thought partner and liaison on key priorities for CEO, work internally and externally to drive outcomes
- Work closely with Senior Leadership and the CEO to ensure that every project we choose to execute both supports the goals of the organization and has a high likelihood of success
What we’ll love about you:
- A process-oriented problem solver who can manage complex situations without panicking
- An organized, proactive nature that loves building systems and tools
- An emotionally mature adult who prefers to work with other emotionally mature adults – and knows how to get coworkers to do what’s needed to move a project forward
- An inquisitive, curious nature that views ignorance as an opportunity to learn or teach
- A willingness to admit error quickly and move immediately on to improvement
- An exceptional communicator across all levels of staff and all forms of communication; written and verbal.
- Flexible and self-directed
What you’ll love about us:
- We are a team of competent, motivated, diverse, and decent adults.
- We offer competitive compensation, 100% paid health benefits, sick leave, 401k, and a fun, relaxed office environment.
- We value reasoned debate over political maneuvering.
- We try to do the right thing and, more importantly, we try to identify and admit when we don’t.
- We offer flexible PTO for all full-time employees. We too value health, relaxation, and spending time with friends and family.
