Altitude Medical Group is a well-established, physician-owned, quality-focused primary care group based in Littleton, CO. We are searching for a Hybrid CEO/COO with strong leadership skills to lead our strategic and operational initiatives as we move into a period of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a history of operational excellence. This candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare, business, and management.
The primary functions of the Hybrid CEO/COO are to provide leadership, fulfill the strategic direction of the company, manage corporate finances, coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, monitor corporate key performance indicators, and direct practice administration to support the long-term benefit of the Corporation, and its shareholders, employees, and clients.
Objectives and Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Board of Directors in setting the organizational vision and operations strategy
· Translate the vision and strategy into actionable steps for growth and scale, implementing organization-wide goal setting, and performance management
· Effectively share the vision of the organization across the team
· Oversee company operations and productivity
· Ensure effective employee recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
· Improve organizational efficiencies
· Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
· Oversee financial operations, aggressively managing capital investments and expenses
· Coordinate sales and marketing activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
· Five or more years of experience in executive leadership in healthcare
· Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
· Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
· Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
· Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
