About the job

As the Business Intelligence to CEO at Trusaic, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and insights to the CEO and senior leadership team based on data analytics and business intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all data-related projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to the CEO and senior leadership team based on data analytics and business intelligence
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and drive business growth
  • Execute projects, non-business as usual initiatives, to drive the achievements of the company’s OKRs.
  • Provide strategic support for the CEO.
  • Initiate, orchestrate, and execute interdependent projects to enable other divisions to achieve their respective OKRs, and thus, the company’s OKRs.
  • Cooperate with different departmental functions, the different blockers they carry, and different stakeholders.
  • The diverse set of skills must include stakeholder management, and project management, proficiency at negotiations, establishing relationships, and maintaining them, excellent with data and analytics, entrepreneurial spirit and thinking outside the box, self-starter; ability to find solutions without much guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and develop reporting and analysis frameworks to track performance
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide key insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by overseeing data collection, cleansing, and validation efforts
  • Identify and recommend new data sources and technologies to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Provide regular updates and presentations on data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and reporting best practices and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Master or above degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data analytics, mathematics, or business administration.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Experience managing a team of data analysts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to a non-technical audience
  • Experience with data modeling, visualization, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
  • Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
  • 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company’s 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
