The hiring rate for this position is $140,000-$155,000 per year.
The actual pay may vary based on several factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, competencies, and may fall outside of the range shown.
Summary:
Responsible for partnering with the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management (“SCM”) and the global management team to shape and oversee execution of strategic value creation initiatives across OIA’s SCM group. The SCM group provides a mixture of supply chain planning, design, and execution services for some of the world’s largest companies. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, as well as capabilities in data analysis, project planning, and change management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting oversight over Analyst team of 1-2 FTEs
- Dotted line or project reporting responsibilities for teams of varying sizes (1-10+ FTEs)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the SVP of SCM and the SCM leadership team to execute the segment’s multi-year strategic growth plan
- Manage portfolio of ongoing projects aimed at unlocking new value for the business while tracking financial outcomes and instilling accountability across key functional teams
- Identify new opportunities to improve the core business, preparing and leading the execution of project plans to achieve desired value creation
- Scrutinize monthly financials, recognizing and highlighting notable trends and providing actionable feedback to segment leadership
- Prepare and participate in the presentation of monthly business reviews with Executive team and internal management, providing insight into the business
- Analyze underlying business performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist internal teams in efforts to refine inefficient processes, improving customer service levels and facilitating future growth
- Engage in the creation of content for the Board of Directors and global executive team as needed
- Represent the SCM division and its priorities in engagements with business partners including IT, HR, Finance, and Legal
- Contribute to the establishment and articulation of forward-looking business strategies

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Comfort with structured problem-solving and an ability to design solutions to at-times generally defined opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Developed understanding of financial statements and financial modeling capabilities are a plus
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL are a plus
- Team-based attitude and approach
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university OR at least 8 years related experience and/or training in a business analyst role
- At least 5 years of experience in a business management function, including but not limited to private equity or investment banking analyst, or general management consulting
- Proven track record of leading the end-to-end execution of high-priority projects or initiatives
- Extensive direct project management or related work experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones
- Highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders toward an outcome
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and identify trade-offs
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal managerial supervision
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
