By signing up you agree to:
- I understand my time commitment is about 3 hours per month
- I agree to attend at least 80% of the CNX Alliance Peer Masterminds held the third Thursdays across the next 12 months.I understand if I miss ore than 2 sessions I may be asked to step out of the program.
- I agree to attend at least 50% of the CNX Alliance Peer Roundtable held the first Thursdays across the next 12 months held at 8am MST
- I agree to connect with and support my accountability partner monthly at a mutually agreed upon time.
- I consent to the use of my headshot, video likeness, name, title and any video images captured during our sessions to be used on the company's social media, digital assets and marketing materials. (Notify us by email with subject Exclude my likeness to be excluded).
- I understand and agree to not disclose the specific functionality of the platform during my exclusive access as beta user. Disclosure of specific functionality beyond what is shared in static images may be a breach of intellectual property with legal ramifications.
- I understand my privacy will be protected and agree conversations are confidential. I agree not to disclose conversations I have with any Career CNX client outside the specific member group (accountability partners, group coaching calls, roundtable discussions) and that disclosure of a passive search or any business ideas may be a breach of privacy rights and or intellectual property with legal ramifications.

- Refund: If you request an Alliance refund within 14 days to team@careercnx.com. A full refund for CNX Alliance membership will be provided.
If your application is not accepted we will issue you a full refund.
